Back to school

Today's the first day of second grade! I still can't believe I have a 2nd grader...wow! The morning went pretty smoothly, thank goodness. I was afraid it wouldn't because my son was a bit weepy last night saying he wasn't ready for school.

Two of his friends are in his class plus some other kids he knew from Kindergarten. The teacher seems nice also, which is great. The only bad part is we were a few minutes late...I know shame on mom.

Anyway, the Mom Spot is back and I'm going to try to keep the posts coming.
